A former Vice President of Broadcast Operations at Silicon Valley's KTEH Ch54 Public Television, Marty also served as President/CEO/General Manager of Starlite Studios, Inc., President/CEO of Darnell/Collins Productions, Inc., Co-founder and Partner of Mitchell/Collins Productions (an Investor/Partner in the Digital Media Factory) and Television Broadcast Operations Manager for Hewlett Packard Television Network. Ginny Mitchell, co-founder, has 25 years experience in the music industry from many angels. She is a producer, recording artist, writer and educator. In 2003 she was the music and executive producer for the Girls from Santa Cruz PBS special created to help save Nevada's wild horses. Her work spans television, music videos, recording projects and live concert events. As alum of Cabrillo College and UCSC, she immediately entered the music business where you can still find her acting as producer, sound supervisor, press agent, publicist, stage manager, public relations manager and artist. She’s appeared on numerous U.S. and Canada radio and television programs. Her first record was produced in Nashville, A Wild Rose, which placed hits in Canada's top 40 country charts.

Hearn, co-founder, is an attorney in his intellectual property business law practice concentrating on the entertainment, Internet, and computer software businesses at the intersection of technology, content, and media. His clients include record labels, music publishers, recording artists, writers, authors, producers, music, film and video production companies, software designers, multimedia product and website developers, and digital content production and delivery companies.
